The location is the first in Virginia for the franchise, which began as an ice cream truck in Boston before expanding to its first brick-and-mortar store in Arlington, Massachusetts. The owner, Ryan Majdalawieh, discovered the brand on TikTok and was excited to bring it to the local dining scene. The Scoop N Scootery's hours in Clarendon will be 3 p.m.-2 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 3-10 p.m. Sunday, and the shop is currently hiring.
